A vacancy has arisen to work within the marketing team. Based from our Grantham office, the main remit of this job role (Retention Marketing) is to help maintain and create customer loyalty and increase revenue per client across our markets. The key areas covered will be:
- Internal sales communication
- Awareness of future technologies and the tangible benefits they can deliver to clients
- Client area of the website - create stickiness for clients
- Loyalty/retention strategies
- Increase revenue from existing clients
Excellent communication skills are essential as is experience working in a marketing role.
