The Mountain Software Web Case Tracking System integrates with both our Practice Management System and Fee Earner Support modules allowing solicitors to provide their clients with secure, near real-time access to their matters.
When a client is added to the Practice Management System a unique client reference number and password are generated that can be provided to the client. Via a link from the firm's web site the client can log on and view a report for each matter. The system also allows for introducers and brokers who can view all their clients' matters.
For each type of matter an agenda - a list of standard steps used to process the matter - is prepared. As each matter is progressed details of changes to the agenda are published to the Internet and can then be viewed through any web browser. The result is that the client can quickly check on the progress of his/her matter any time, anywhere, without the need for a telephone call, saving both client and solicitor valuable time.
