Incident based support is designed to work in combination with our other support packages on an ad hoc
basis as and when you need it most.
Incidents are purchased on a per site basis and can be purchased in packs of 5, 10, 15 or 20. Buying a pack of 20
is the most cost effective, but will depend on how many incidents occur.
An ‘incident’ is one individual issue and the reasonable efforts needed to resolve it. This may require more than one telephone call and off-line research.
