Mountain Software takes a long term view of relationships with clients and has dedicated account management teams for each of its market places. Staff in these teams are highly experienced and have developed close working relationships with many of their clients. Mountain Software has recently dramatically increased the size of its account management team to demonstrate our commitment to the highest quality customer service.
Account managers are there to ensure that we understand the needs of every solicitor, and to provide an accountable, named point of contact in the event of any queries outside the scope of standard customer support. The Account Management teams are both reactive and proactive, keeping clients informed of impending changes and developments at Mountain Software, as well as important IT developments. We aim to have regular review meetings with each of our clients giving them the opportunity to raise any concerns and issues as well as possible future requirements.
