The services programme allows users to store third party details within the Mountain Software system. Examples of the type of information that might be stored include the firm’s approved list of Counsel, local Estate Agents and Solicitors.

It has 2 functions:a networked address book available to all users and a list of recipients of letters to be merged through the Practice Management System. These save time in having to type names and addresses repeatedly.

When combined with the PMS system, it offers additional flexibility to users by offering a broader range of options for storing contact information.
