Phil has worked in the IT industry for over 17 years. His experience includes programming, technical support, network system administration, technical documentation, training, consultancy, project management, pre & post sales support, network design, communications (voice & data), and R&D. He was appointed Technical Director of Meridian Law in 1998.

Phil joined Mountain Software in 2002 and its board in 2004. He is responsible for all technical services across the Group (covering installation, support and maintenance of hardware, software, communications & network infrastructure) and customer support for Barristers' Chambers.
