The Mountain Software Payroll System provides a
cost effective alternative to using bureau services
or calculating pay manually. The module also
includes Personnel Records and is extremely user
friendly when compared with other payroll systems.
The Personnel record element includes sections for storing
information about employees' education records,
qualifications, skills, training and employment history.
There is also a section for storing appraisal notes.
The system is supplied with all the current National Insurance and Tax parameters and as part of the software maintenance agreement, Mountain Software will keep the system updated as changes are made to legislation.
The system accommodates branches and departments with
an unlimited number of employees and can operate on a
weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or calendar month basis.
The module can also accommodate company pension
scheme deductions, either as a percentage or a fixed
figure.
Mountain Software's Payroll module provides firms
with a cost effective solution to the administration
of staff and personnel issues.
