The Meridian Law Connected software is fully supported by a large support helpdesk available via the internet, email, fax or phone. For new clients, support is provided on site until the new systems and software have been properly bedded in. Our mobile, on call support team can usually be on site extremely quickly to rectify any issues that cannot be dealt with remotely.
In addition to the support we provide for our Chambers’ management software Meridian Law Connected, our support also covers every aspect of IT including network infrastructure, servers and workstations.
Using more than one IT supplier can cause difficulties, as, in the event of a system malfunction, identifying the issue can be a core part of the solution. Clients can be left with providers pointing the finger at the each other with no one prepared to find a solution. At Mountain Software we take ownership of the problem from the outset and resolve it quickly.
However, we understand that not all clients wish to have all their IT services provided by one supplier. We completely understand this and as such have different types of support packages to reflect this.
