The company has grown from its original 6 founders in the early 70's, to over 120 people in 2005. The Company currently operates out of 4 premises, 3 of which are freehold in Grantham, Manchester and Stirling and the fourth is on a long term lease in Fleet Street. The figures above clearly reflect rapid, yet sustainable growth. The business continues to grow within the legal market place, enabling economies of scale, knowledge sharing, cross fertilisation and an extensive contact network.

The company is in a healthy financial position with an enviable client list and an excellent sales order book. The pricing strategy for the software products is modelled on long term commitment to clients, with lengthy lifetime values and loyalty rewarded through various means such as free software upgrades.

The company has a loyal employee base, invaluable when building long term relationships with clients. At the same time fresh talent and ideas are continuously being brought in through acquisitions.
