In the event of a major incident, your account will be given ‘code red’ status - everything to do with your account will receive priority fast tracking. We will invoke access to a secure server at one of our offices in Manchester, London or Grantham or at an ISP hosting centre and provide you with access over the Internet to your stored data.

A rapid consultation with one of our dedicated account managers, to assess the situation and develop a timing plan to restore full operations, will be arranged as soon as possible. This will cover: contingency support; priority ordering of replacement computer and network equipment; replacement and installation timescales including configuration and restoration of your data files from our servers. One of our technicians will be onsite to perform the installation and ensure the new equipment is fully operational in the shortest possible timescale.
