Overview

Many companies still need to fax documents which can be an extremely laborious and time consuming process. Mountain Software provides a faxing solution that has also been developed to work with its own applications.

A simple solution

When working with applications such as Microsoft Word™, Excel and Outlook™, users simply select the fax printer and enter the recipient's details. The document is queued to the electronic fax system and sent in a matter of seconds. All of this is achieved without leaving your desk! You can even have a printed copy produced automatically. When working with Mountain Software’s applications, the fax interface completes the cover sheet details automatically and faxes it with the document.

Email Integration

If your email system is based on Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 or later you can even integrate Zetafax into your email system. You can fax as easily as you can email, and even attach documents. If used in combination with the DDI features of Zetafax, this integration can be extended to 'direct-to-desk' fax to email conversion.
