In particular I would like to thank your Technical Analysts who have gone beyond the call of duty and ensured that any possible concerns we may have had, were resolved at an early stage.

The decision to change I.T. supplier was a difficult one, we manage over 50,000 live cases, have 60 Counsel who all use the I.T. network daily and we support over 400 mediators worldwide, meaning the network has to be available 24/7 to our staff and clients.

The changeover could not have been smoother! Email accounts moved seamlessly, data was moved and available on Mountain HSP within 15 minutes and Counsel’s diaries were back available to staff without interruption. All personal data and historical emails (160 GB) were moved and re-structured ready for use the next day.

The fact that Mountain HSP integrates with Windows XP and Mac software means that staff and clients can access the system via the web, or using the windows remote desktop feature (start, programs, accessories, communications!) is fantastic. We now have a client services page on our website (www.clerksroom.com) where our members can log in directly to the Mountain HSP system – from any PC in the world.

I am pleased to say that there are now no known issues and the system is a dream.

Obviously I've been involved in developing the look and content of the site and have seen it grow from the ideas discussed during the initial meeting with myself and your web developers to the finished product we see today.

However the rest of the staff only got their first look at it today and the unanimous verdict was that they were VERY impressed and that it was a major improvement over the old site, in looks, content, ease of use and clear layout.

So please accept my thanks for arranging the face to face meeting between us and allowing us to pool our ideas together and to get a clear vision of what we wanted included, what we didn't want included and where we wanted to go with it.

Can I just add that your web developer has been an absolute star.

Obviously a lot of his work was done in the background in the early days of the development, doing the layout, placing the images etc, before I really got involved in adding the pricing/sizing information etc.

However he has been VERY patient and helpful as I have had all of my wishes for changes to text, layout etc done with not a single complaint (and there were quite a few changes!)

All changes were done literally within minutes of my asking and even items that people would probably call bothersome or insignificant that I wanted changed or added were done with efficiency and no fuss whatsoever.

So a definite pat on the back for him.

As I mentioned earlier the offer to put some kind of narrative regarding the development of the website under our 'News' page is as an extra 'Thank You' to both GB Systems and Mountain Software for their excellent work.

I'm sure that whoever visits our site will be impressed and I also hope that the small mention of your involvement will lead to further projects for you to work on.
